Welcome to Paul Levett Surveying. I am a freelance Measured Building and Land Surveyor based in Hereford, working with clients across the UK. I regularly work with a vast range of different clients ranging from Architects to Property Developers measuring buildings and land to show their existing status prior to development or regeneration.
With over a decade of experience in Measured Building and Land Surveying I am well positioned to offer you an affordable, personal, flexible and highly proficient service.

Who do I work with?
Paul Levett Surveying specialises in Measured Building and Land Surveys. This means I work with a variety of professionals: Architects, Property Developers, Construction / Buildings Project Managers, and other surveyors. My experience in these areas means that I can undertake a variety of projects such as surveys of listed buildings, barns and historic buildings, new housing schemes, regeneration of ‘brown field’ sites, town houses, warehouses and hospitals.
