Many of our clients require a topographical survey to be carried out to accompany planning applications for new developments or alterations to current properties.

Topographical Surveys are most regularly carried out for:

• Green field sites
• Regeneration
• Recreational Grounds
• Housing Developments
• As-Built surveys

The survey is a detailed map of existing features within the site in relative position and height to each other. This includes the site boundaries, footprint of the existing building(s) (if applicable), vegetation, manholes, gullies and other points of drainage. Overhead services coming onto site, heights of buildings on site and adjoining properties are also measured.
