Paul did a fantastic job on our survey, negotiating steep slopes, wooded areas and ponds, and painstakingly noting down the names of all the apples and other trees which I insisted were marked on the plan.

This has proved well worth while as the various trees on the plan help to locate the contours on the land.  This is a great help when you are walking round, working out where everything will go, and the relative distances involved.

Having the land surveyed professionally has proved invaluable as a resource for our own planning and the Planning Authorities.

All in all an excellent service.  Paul does exactly what he says he will do, exactly when he says he will do it, with lots of attention to detail, at a reasonable cost.  Follow-up service is also excellent, as he has promptly sent plans in the right format to various people I have asked him to.
