Levett Surveying undertook a comprehensive measured building survey of SEEDA's marine industrial buildings at East Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

The surveys and plans produced were of a very high standard and will assist greatly in the delivery of the overall physical regeneration plans for the site, which include a 300 berth marina and marine employment quarter. The site is located directly on the waterfront at East Cowes and is exposed to some difficult conditions. Despite being undertaken during a particularly harsh winter, the work was nevertheless delivered on time and on budget
